TruVisit is one of the fastest-growing supervised visitation networks in the country. We're building a national team of certified professionals who believe that protecting children is a calling — not just a job. If that resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
We're not a corporate bureaucracy. We're a growing network of professionals who care deeply about children and families — and we operate accordingly.
We work around your life. Most supervisor roles are part-time with sessions scheduled in advance, giving you control over your availability while building a consistent caseload.
Every team member completes our proprietary certification program — a credential that's recognized across family courts in all 11 of our active markets and growing.
Every decision at TruVisit starts with the question: is this best for the child? That's our north star, and it shapes everything from our training to our documentation standards.
As TruVisit expands into new cities, leadership opportunities open up. Many of our senior coordinators started as field supervisors. We promote from within.
You'll never be alone in the field. Our case coordinators are reachable during every session, and our protocols give you clear guidance for any situation you encounter.
Work in Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Phoenix, or any of our 29 cities. As we expand, opportunities follow — and your TruVisit certification travels with you.
In an industry with minimal regulation, TruVisit has built the professional framework that sets the standard. Every supervisor we hire completes a multi-module certification before working their first case.
Complete your application and pass our comprehensive background verification — the same standard courts expect from every TruVisit professional.
Complete our proprietary multi-module training program covering child safety, legal compliance, documentation standards, and de-escalation techniques.
Shadow an experienced TruVisit supervisor on active cases before leading sessions independently. Learn our protocols in the field, not just on paper.

Facilitate court-ordered visits between children and non-custodial parents in a safe, neutral environment. Document all sessions professionally using TruVisit's standardized protocols. This is our core field role and the foundation of what we do.
Oversee safe transfers of children between parents in high-conflict custody situations. Your presence eliminates direct contact between parties and ensures every exchange is documented and calm. Strong de-escalation skills are essential for this role.
Support the full lifecycle of TruVisit cases — from initial intake calls with custodial parents to scheduling, supervisor assignment, and attorney communication. This is a remote-friendly role that requires exceptional organizational skills and professional written and verbal communication.
An elevated field role for experienced TruVisit supervisors ready to take on additional responsibility. Lead Supervisors support the onboarding of new supervisors in their city, handle complex or high-priority cases, and serve as the on-the-ground point of contact for their market. This role is the path to city-level leadership as TruVisit grows.
Four principles that guide every decision at TruVisit — from how we train our supervisors to how we write our reports.
Every case decision, every protocol, every hire is evaluated through one lens: what's best for the child. Full stop.
We don't take sides. We document what we observe, with no agenda, no bias, and no editorial slant — ever.
Courts trust our documentation. Attorneys rely on our consistency. Families count on our professionalism. We take that seriously.
Professional supervised visitation shouldn't be financially out of reach. We work to keep our rates accessible without cutting corners on quality.
